Facebook said Instagram will begin testing Reels ads in India, Brazil, Germany, and Australia with tests expanding to more countries in the coming months. The monetization efforts by Facebook would help the company tap into that opportunity.  Detailed Read Here

5. Google new patent working on a foldable device

Google is reportedly working on its own foldable device that would launch sometime in the future. According to the report, the device could be a smartphone, tablet, or netbook. Detailed Read Here 

6. TCL showcases a fold and roll device concept

As of now, there is no information on the global availability of the new TCL 20-series phones. Since TCL Fold ‘n Roll is a concept phone, for now, there is no information on its pricing or availability.  Detailed Read Here

7. MediaTek seeks to win the race of 4nm SoC processors

Simply put, the shift towards a more advanced manufacturing process would only benefit the company in the smartphone market. This shift will have the company move towards the advanced 4nm process, which is a jump from the previously rumored 5 nm-based chips from the company.  Detailed Read Here

8. Check out Apple’s new patents for iPhone

Most modes monitor user interaction. Examples would be a finger breaking contact with the device screen or not moving for a given period of time. In other cases, the system utilizes onboard sensors like an accelerometer or microphone.  Detailed Read Here

9. Telegram Update Brings Payments and Scheduled Voice Chats

Telegram also brought the Clubhouse features to their platform. Now, the developers have added support to schedule voice chats and set reminders for them. Group or Channel admins will be able to schedule voice chats and messages on the platform instead of sending them to their users right away.  Detailed Read Here

10. Xiaomi will soon launch a new smartphone with a 200 MP camera

While not yet confirmed, the company is likely to use the new 200MP sensor on the upcoming Galaxy S22 series flagship smartphones. It could also end up being a part of the company's new foldable smartphone.  Detailed Read Here

14. Twitter's working on a new 'Tip Jar' feature

Having said that, it remains to be seen whether or not the feature is for Twitter users outside of the Spaces section. Back then, the Tip Jar feature was spotted with a black icon instead of the blue one seen in the most recent leak.  Detailed Read Here

15. Telegram will finally launch a group video calls feature in May

Telegram CEO Pavel Durov announced that the iOS version of Telegram will be updated to support group video calls in May. They originally planned to add that feature last year but never materialized. Telegram at least added one on one video call feature last year in August.   Detailed Read Here

16. Be alert from new Flubot malware

These files are usually blocked by default in order to help protect Android users from attacks, but the fake websites provide information on how to bypass these protections and allow FluBot to be installed.  Detailed Read Here

17. Apple's AirDrop Comes with a Security Flaw 1.5 billion users Data Breach
