SBI users can now check bank account balance through WhatsApp

The State Bank of India has started its Banking services on WhatsApp, no longer you need to download any apps or go to a bank/ATM to check your account details. To avail of WhatsApp Banking services, users have to send a "Hi" on +919022690226.

Steps to Check Bank account balance:

• First, you need to register and send "SMS WAREG A/c No" to +917208933148 from your RMN.
• Now send "Hi" to number +919022690226, and you will receive a confirmation message from SBI.
• Now you'll receive three options to choose from-

         1. Mini Statement 
         2. Account Balance
         3. De-register from WhatsApp Banking 

Select the option as you wish, if you choose to see your balance it'll be displayed on WhatsApp.
