Huawei teases upcoming devices for HarmonyOS event on June 2; Huawei P50, Huawei Watch 3, and a new M-pencil for Huawei MatePad 2 Pro
Huawei is all set to launch HarmonyOS through an event on June 2. The virtual livestream event will also unveil some products that will run on the OS. The Chinese giant has been teasing the launch for a few days now with images of the devices and now in its latest teaser, the Huawei P50 seems to have been revealed.
The image shows two circular camera bumps seen at an angle. We have seen similar bumps in earlier leaked renders which pointed towards Huawei's upcoming P50 series. The smartphone is expected to feature a Sony IMX800 1” sensor which was supposed to be phenomenal if not for the delay caused by the trade sanctions.
Previously, Huawei had teased the Huawei Watch 3 and a new M-pencil for the upcoming MatePad Pro 2. The Huawei Watch 3 will reportedly support eSIM functionality, allowing you to make calls from the smartwatch without having to fetch your smartphone.
The MatePad Pro 2 is believed to arrive in two variants featuring a 12.2-inch or 12.6-inch display. It will be powered by a Kirin 9000 series chipset and support Huawei 40W Super Charge. The M-pencil is revamped with a translucent pen tip and an improved appearance and performance.
