Google To Invest Up To $1 Billion In Bharti Airtel
Bharti Airtel has blazoned that Google will invest up to$ 1 billion, as part of its Google for India Digitalisation Fund, in the Indian telco.
The investment will comprise$ 700 million to acquire a 1.28 stake in Airtel and over to$ 300 million towards implicit multi-year marketable agreements to bolster the telco's digital immolations.
One of the first marketable agreements, according to the telco, will see the brace work together to make on Airtel's range of Android-enabled consumer bias, and remove walls of retaining a smartphone by working with colorful device manufacturers.
Both companies will also explore the possibility of co-creating India-specific network sphere use cases for 5G and other norms. At the same time, there are plans to grow the pall ecosystem in India to help original businesses accelerate digital relinquishment and explore spanning up the deployment of Google's network virtualization results.

This rearmost investment deal comes off the reverse of a long-standing relationship between the two companies. In 2013, the brace teamed up to give Bharti Airtel guests in India access to Google online products for free.
Google's ties to India were further cemented when it blazoned its $10 billion investments in the country's digitalization over the coming five to seven times under its Google for India Digitalisation Fund.
