Xiaomi tablet leak shows support for VR headset, keyboard and stylus pen

A few days ago, three new Xiaomi tablets were leaked by a Twitter user, xiaomiui. Now, a new leak regarding the upcoming tablets sheds some light on some key details.

As per the leak, the new Xiaomi tablet will come with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:10. It will offer support for keyboard, stylus pen, and VR headsets. Furthermore, the company will be using “Dual C-PHY” technology with side-by-side 800 x 2560 dual screens which are expected to increase the quality of VR content. 

The three upcoming models are codenamed “Enuma”, “Elish”, and “Nabu” with model numbers K81, K81A, and K82 respectively. The three new tablets are said to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 series chipsets and run MIUI based on the Android operating system.

The tablets will be launched under the company’s Mi Pad lineup and are expected to launch in China ahead of other regions.
