Sony launched its new Xperia 1 III and Xperia 5 III
Today, in an online event the company Sony has unveiled its new smartphones which are Xperia 1 III and Xperia 5 III. They are in the same design as their predecessors.

Well both the devices have many identical features, they only differ in terms of camera and screen size.
The Xperia 1 III has a 6.5 inch 4K OLED panel and an aspect ratio of 21:9. However, the Xperia 5III comes with a 6.1 inch full HD plus OLED panel with an aspect ratio the same as Xperia 1 III. Both of the devices have the same refresh rate of 120Hz and touch sampling rate of 240Hz.
The Xperia 1 III and Xperia 5 III pack the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset.
The Xperia 1 III has 12 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage capacity. While the Xperia 5 III has RAM of 8GB and internal storage of 256GB.
Both smartphones have almost identical camera features. They both come up with a triple camera setup that includes a primary sensor of 12MP, an ultra-wide lens of 12MP, and a periscope lens of 12MP. On top, there is an 8MP selfie camera.
The only difference in terms of the camera is that the Xperia 1 III has a 3D ToF sensor to enable enhanced AR features.
Moreover, both the devices have 4,5000 mAh battery life with fast wireless charging support of 30W.
The Xperia 1 III is available in two colour options i.e, frosted purple and frosted black. And, the Xperia 5 III will come in three colour variants i.e, pink, green, and black.
The price information is not yet revealed by Sony. According to the company, these new devices will be available in the market in early summer.
