Recently we learnt, Poco will no longer be a part of Xiaomi. Poco will be available as an Independent Brand. This means Xiaomi will not have any involvement in future products of Poco.
It's been 2 years since the launch of Poco F1 which was a big hit because of its affordable price and high-end specs. Due to this, customers are waiting for their new phones. There is still no news regarding Poco F2 but we may see the launch of Poco F2 Lite soon. From the leaks, it is rumoured to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 chipset. This also means that this device might support 5G. Coming to the display, it will have a U-shaped waterdrop notch with solid bezel at the bottom.
The smartphone will most likely run on Android 10 OS with MIUI 11 custom skin for Poco, same as in Poco F1. The Poco F2 Lite is expected to have a battery of massive 5000 mAH, which is an upgrade over Poco F1 4000 mAH battery. Since this is a 'Lite' version, it is likely to cost less than 20,000 for the entry level model having 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. Before anything official comes from Poco nothing can be confirmed for now.
