Another NFC Based tracker surfaces the Internet, this Time From Oppo
NFC-based trackers are now common, starting from Samsung Galaxy Smart Tag, we have seen Apple Air Tags, and it seems that Oppo is going to join the race as well. A new leak comes up for the latest Smart Tag from Oppo which was spotted by leakster Digital Chat Station who shared two images of the device on Weibo.
Based on the Images, we can clearly see that the Smart Tags from Oppo is going to have a TYpe-C charging USB port, this might be more convenient as compared to the other two brands. The Samsung and Apple Smart Tags rely on the CR2032 batteries that can provide backups for months up to a year or so.
The Oppo Smart Tag Tracker features a UWB (Ultra Wide Band) connectivity, which can provide more accurate locations as compared to Bluetooth connectivity.
