Apple's WWDC 2021 event announced; iOS 15 and MacBook Pro rumored to launch
Apple has announced its annual developer conference, the WWDC 2021 which is to be held virtually this year. The event is scheduled for June 7, 10:30 PM IST and will continue till June 11.
The event is expected to unveil next-generation software like iOS 15, iPad OS 15, macOS 12, etc, along with any new models such as the new MacBook Pro. Viewers can stream the WWDC 2021 event directly via Apple’s official website, YouTube channel, Apple Developer app, or the Apple TV app.
"WWDC21 kicks off with the unveiling of exciting new updates coming to all Apple platforms later this year. Streamed directly from Apple Park, the keynote address will be available via apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and YouTube, with on-demand playback available after the conclusion of the stream," Apple says.
Apple assures 200 in-depth sessions, one-on-one labs, and more for developers attending WWDC 2021. The company is also introducing Pavilions, which is a new way for developers to explore relevant sessions, labs, and special activities for a given topic. This will be available exclusively within the Apple Developer app.
Apart from the MacBook Pro, Apple could unveil the rumored AirPods 2 and 3 in the event. However, we must wait for the day of the event to learn more.
