Mi Pad 5 and Mi Pad 5 Pro design, launch date and key features got leaked

Xiaomi is working to unveil its premium tablet, Mi Pad 5, and Mi Pad 5 Pro. But as per the fresh news, the data about the key features, battery details, launch timing of the upcoming Mi Pad 5 has leaked online. 

The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 key features include a 2K LCD with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a pixel resolution of 2560*1600. For network access the new Mi Pad 5 is certified which indicates that the device will pack a battery life of 4,260mAh, it can also be a dual-cell battery. This new Xiaomi tablet will be available in two variant:-

• Mi Pad 5 
• Mi Pad 5 Pro

The Mi Pad 5 is expected to be packed with the Snapdragon 870 SoC, while the Mi Pad 5 Pro comes with MediaTek Dimensity SoC. 

Launch date and pricing details

• The launching date is not yet revealed for now, but it is expected that it may launch later this month.
• Therefore we can expect the company to tease about the new devices in a few days.
• The cost for the Xiaomi Snapdragon 870 version is said to be approx Rs. 34,200. 

Design

The new Mi Pad 5 will arrive with a square camera module on the backside, it will have a dual camera with a LED flash. On the front side, it has a selfie snapper above the screen. It is expected that the tablet will come at least in white color and other options. 

Key features (leaked)

It is said that the upcoming Mi Pad 5 will sport an LCD of 10.95 inches with a refresh rate of 120Hz while the Pro will have a refresh rate of 144Hz. The tablets will have an aspect ratio of 16:10, a level touch of 4096, and in-cell active pen technology. The tablet will have some cool features like a classic start menu, control center, and multi-window. 

The expected storage capacity is 4GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage,  the price is Rs.23,990 and the launch date is July 29.
