Jio & Qualcomm Announces Call of Duty E-Sports Tournament

Reliance Jio and Qualcomm announced their one-year partnership and to celebrate and promote the Indian gaming industry, they launched JioGames E-sports platform which will organise various gaming tournaments in the country. This will begin with the upcoming Call of Duty Aces Esports Challenge and feature Qualcomm as its title sponsor. This challenge will be featured and played on the JioGames platform. Rajen Vagadia vice president & president, Qualcomm India Pvt. Ltd said at the annoucement, "Mobile gaming is one of the fastest-growing segments in India. Almost 90% of the gamers in India are using their mobile as their primary device for gaming".

How to register?

To register, interested participants can head over to the JioGames website. Registration is free for everyone as there is no participation fee involved. Also, tournament is open to all Jio and Non-Jio users. 

Participants can register for the JioGames Call of Duty Aces Tournament from April 1, 2021. The registerations will close for solo players on April 11. On the other hand, for 5v5 team players, registerations are open until April 30. Qualifier matches will commence on June 11, 2021, and the finals will be held on June 20, 2021.
