This is one of the best Screen Recorder by Kimcy929. It is an ad-free screen recording app that offers many great features for free. It can record with a resolution from 240p to 4K at a bitrate from 2 Mbps to 60 Mbps and the frame rate varies from 24 FPS to 120 FPS. You can also record screen touches and any external audio. If you have android 10 or above then you can also record internal audio. There is a feature called Game Launcher.
