Recently, Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 took place in Barcelona, where many tech companies had announced their new upcoming devices or shares some new and interesting ideas of their future plans. Here we have sumed up all the interesting things from this year’s Moblie World Congress or MWC 2018.

1. Samsung’s Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus.

This year as per the Samsung’s plan its announces and officially released their new flagship devices for this year as Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. Some main highlights of these devices are:
-> Processor:- Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Processor
-> RAM:- 4 and 6GB
-> Storage:- 64GB and can be extended up to 400GB

*New Feature Implemented:- This device has a super slow motion feature by which we can record videos at 720p with 920fps, has variable aperture lens from f/1.5 to f/2.2, and support augmented reality emoji by which you can create your own emoji.

2. Huawei Bezel-less laptop.

In this event, Huawei comes up with a very new and rare laptop design with the minimum bezel (82% screen to body ratio) and a hidden camera under the keyboard. Huawei named its laptop as Matebook X Pro which is powered by Windows, Core i7/Core i8, 2 X USB type C ports etc. Based on the configuration the pricing as setted by Huawei are as follows:
-> Core i8/8GB RAM/256GB Storage @ € 1499 which comes to around Rs.119000.
-> Core i7/8GB RAM/512GB Storage @ €1599 which comes to around Rs. 125000.

3. Nokia Launches several new phones.

Nokia in this MWC 2018 launches its two main phones Nokia1 and Nokia 7 Plus. Among these phones, Nokia 1 is an Android One device and Nokia 7 Plus is a flagship device from Nokia.

4. VIVO X20 Plus.

The most awaited device from Vivo has been launched by the company which has a screen of 18:9 ratio coupled with the newest technology, the under display finger scanner which is revolutionary in the field of Mobile Industry.

Vivo has also announced their newest series of phones as VIVO Apex which does have under display scanner and have the least screen to body ratio of about only 93% which is even smaller than iPhone X.

5. 5G Modem

5G Modem
We all have enjoyed 4G Modem for more than 4 years now its time to move on and go with 5G speed, now Samsung and Qualcomm are planning to bring 5G Modem to us so that we can have fun with high-speed data. This MWC 2018 both the companies have shared the roadmap for their future project on 5G Modem.
