All the latest mobile phones are now equipped with a dual camera which enables us to take beautiful bokeh and Portrait shots. Portraits are now a necessary requirement for today’s market so keeping this in mind Instagram has decided to go with the same trend.
Facebook-owned company Instagram has launched its new feature FOCUS to deliver portraits shots from both front and rear camera.
For availing this feature you just need to update your Instagram application to the latest version from Google Play Store, to do this click here. After updating you will see an option named as Focus just before Super Zoom option, select it and you can click some beautiful bokeh shots.
One question arises here and that is if I don’t have a dual camera then how I am going to have a portrait shot without that hardware.
So, the answer is that in Instagram portrait mode is an application based implementation so you are not required to have a dual camera setup. Just tap that option and you are ready to go.
Note: This feature has been rolled in batches that means it is available to select Android and IOS users as per now if you haven’t received the same yet then wait for the further rollout and you will get it soon.
