When we are traveling to a foreign country that has a different spoken or written language than it is totally a task for a traveler to communicate with citizens regarding directions. Showing the places on the app in English does not help. You always wish that you are able to communicate in their native language. So that you can set up two-way communication. But now it is possible the search engine giant Google makes it easy to use Google maps in a different country by integrating Google translator.

This latest feature let your phone to speak out the name of the location and the address in the language. It can be done easily by simply tapping new speaker button next to place name or address. Meanwhile, if you want to have chat with a citizen then Google maps quickly link you to the Google translator. This text to speech technology automatically detects what needed to be translated.

This new feature will be coming to Google maps on both Android and iOS devices within the month. This feature will be rolling out with 50 languages initially.
